IMPORTANT NOTICE:
Orders received after 11th December will not be despatched until
week commencing 12th January after which normal service will be resumed.

NORMAL SERVICE: Unless advised otherwise, books are available ex-stock. Orders are normally processed within 48 hours and despatched either by second class post or the Royal Mail Standard Parcels Service. Please allow about seven days from placing your order unless advised otherwise.

By POST, PAY BY CHEQUE
Please send your order by post enclosing a cheque made payable to "TRTS PUBLISHING". Send it to TRTS Publishing, PO Box 1349, Wrexham. LL14 4ZA .
Delivery will be by Parcel Force Standard and a receipt will be sent with the books. Please be sure to include the cost of delivery which is £1 per book, up to a maximum of £6 per order.

SCHOOLS, COLLEGES and CORPORATE
Please send a signed letterhead or official order by POST or FAX (01978 845715). We will despatch the books to you with an invoice with becomes payable within 30 days. We do not supply inspection copies. However if you find that any of the books that you have ordered are unsuitable for your purposes, a refund will be made if they are returned in saleable condition within thirty days. TRTS should be contacted in advance for a returns number. We reserve the right to charge a small re-stocking fee where appropriate.
